Avi Gupta
I LOVE that Avi’s outfit tonight is similar to his outfit in the finals of the 2019 TT! (His glasses frames now are slightly thinner.) This lavender/pink shirt is a great shade. Beyond the outfit, I think Avi may be the contestant that looks the most the same between then and now.
Jack Izzo
Jack’s intro was adorable when he matched the finger-pointing of his 2018 TT intro. His TT tie was nice but he leveled up with tonight’s suit & tie. (Love the glasses too!) You might expect him to pair a navy suit with this white shirt & red tie, so I love that he threw a curveball with a more unique light-colored suit.
Alison Purcell
Alison is rocking a classic all-black look, just like she was in 2019. Today’s outfit features a buttoned-up blazer over a matching shirt. Her “A” initial necklace is the perfect length.
Mayim Bialik
One of the rare instances of Mayim wearing short sleeves while hosting! She wore a few dresses during Celebrity Jeopardy, but if you’re only counting syndicated Jeopardy I think this is the first time she has not worn a blazer or sweater. Love the red headband to match & she included her pin in the center of the bow (she wears this pin in every episode)
I searched and searched for this blouse. Key words for a bow neckline like this can be “bow neckline”, “tie neck”, “pussy bow”, or some combination of those. This style of sleeve is called a “flutter sleeve” or, less commonly, a “butterfly sleeve”.
Here’s what I found:
Tie neck, flutter sleeve, matches Mayim’s almost perfectly, but it’s a peplum (Mayim’s is tucked in so I’m not sure what the bottom of hers looks like though.)
This one has the tie neckline but with different sleeves (I actually like this sleeve style better personally!)
But if you’re more into the flutter sleeves and NOT the tie neckline, this is another option.
