We are wrapping up the week with game 2 of our two-day total-point final. (If you’re wondering what’s going on this season & where these contestants came from, I wrote a quick explainer last week.)
I’ll be continuing to publish all my full recaps right here on Substack, and maybe or maybe not posting on social media (links on my Linktree).
Pam Sung
I really love that Pam has worn three very different styles of floral in her three Second Chance games! Her first was simple and monochromatic, then last night’s was colorful and stylized, and tonight’s has a realistic hand-drawn style on a mauve background.
Thanks to Google Lens, I found Pam’s floral blouse on Poshmark and elsewhere — I also spotted some other styles in the same print and some other prints in the same style. Important search terms are Papermoon (the brand), Reece (not sure if that is the name of the style or the print), split neck, and floral.
Rob Kim
Rob alternated suit, sweater, suit in his three appearances, which was a nice variety. I like tonight’s pink shirt! After recently shopping for dress shirts for my 10-year-old I have a new appreciation for the effort it takes to find dress shirts in colors other than blue or white (I’m partial to aqua, lavender, and pink!)
Deanna Bolio
This velvet top is EVERYTHING. I love the color and the gathering at the neckline. It looks great with the blazer.
Ken Jennings
Ken didn’t get the memo that everyone was planning to wear shades of pink tonight, and this screenshot makes him look like he’s confronting the contestants about that fact: “Why didn’t anyone answer my texts about coordinating outfits? I can’t believe you guys planned a Barbie theme without Ken!”
